Automatic etching system with DI Water rinse and showering functions for 5 inch wafers.
A 2-pump system sends the etching solution through a vibrating nozzle, which sprays moving wafers on a conveyor unit. The etching process and rinse times are determined by the speed of the conveyor and the number of process cycles (programmed on the tool's main panel).

Tool accessible for alkali and organic solvents.
Tool Frame can be built with PVC, PP or Stainless Steel.
Options include an adjustable DI Water faucet, flourescent lighting, hand-held shower gun and more.
